In a weird twist a recent study from JAMA trans gender individuals are getting better healthcare than menopausal women.  Doctors need to learn about how they can ask better questions.

The Biden Administration is potentially nervous about losing the upcoming election as different departments try to push overarching regulations. The department of labor released both their fiduciary ruling retreading it from the Obama Administration, plus the new employee test to make more independent contractors employees.  In addition the FTC announced a ruling that bans non competes.  All three will face court challenges and 2 have already been filed in East TX.
