Prep for the Plan

How to look at your practice then create a one page plan to help you grow your practice:

Preparing for the plan:

• What are your 1 year, 3 year, and 5 year goals
  • Practice Growth
  • Client
  • AUM 
  • Policies
• How are you branded?
  • How do your clients see you ?
  • How do your prospect view you?
• What sites are you on?
• Is your website up to date?
• How many cleints do you need to hit goals?
• What are your team goals?
  • Service goals
  • Job Descriptions
• What are your missions and vision

Creating the Plan

Once you have answered the questions to the left then put them togheter in a 1 page plan following the guidelines below.

1 Page Plan:

• Misison, Vision, Values Statement
• Goals
  • 1 year
  • 3 year
  • 5 year
  • Be specific of what you want
• Branding and Marketing
  • How much money applied to each marketing category you are doing.
  • Limit yourself to no more than 5 areas
  • List the sites you will be active on, and create:
    • Put together a content plan
    • put it in the calendar
• List Staff Goals and duties, and share with them
