Enter LifeCare exclusively via Okta or FieldNet
Access long term care insurance administration platform with single sign-on
Beginning March 27, access LifeCare for MassMutual long term care insurance administration via Okta, the convenient way to open company business applications including FieldNet, instead of ltcmassmutual.com. Refer to the MassMutual mandatory Okta password reset for instructions.
This is how the LTCi Portal chiclet will display on your Okta home page:
Current LifeCare users will retain access for MassMutual long term care insurance administration with Okta or FieldNet by a redirect. MassMutual Agency security administrators or technology specialists will grant access to future users.
Broker log in
If you try to access ltcmassmtual.com directly, you will be redirected to Okta automatically.
On the sales illustrations tab, you will see both the 513 and 600 series in the Web Illustration section. The indicator will appear at the bottom of this page with the message Please Note: The 513 Series is Not Available Brokers. This message will appear throughout the illustration system.
If a broker completes the illustration with the 513 series and mails the application to LifeCare, the application will be rejected upon validation of the producer ID during the operational process.
LifeCare will reach out to the contact listed on the New Business Transmittal (i.e.broker or agency personnel) and notify them that the application has been rejected. This is typically done by email for documentation purposes, but we will contact by phone if an email was not provided.
The rejected application is not returned to the broker, but retained as per MassMutual procedures.
LifeCare enables users to run illustrations, eApp, forms, book-of-business reports, and link to FieldNet for marketing materials and external websites to order medical records.
Using a mobile-friendly, multifactor authentication system to protect information, the Okta homepage features single sign-on (SSO) for all field-facing web applications including FieldNet, plus self-service password reset and account unlock.
